Social Media Manager - Voluntary
About the Role
Stirling University WFC (SUWFC) is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to direct our match day coverage across the SWPL league and cup competitions. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience and develop skills as part of a wider high performance team. The right candidate will be able to manage their own workload in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within our management team.
Key Responsibilities
Produce match day coverage aligned with the overall social media strategy
Manage the SUWFC social media channels on match days, including Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok
Liase with other members of the media team on match days to coordinate content creation across all platforms
Create behind the scenes and other additional content away from match days
Create content to increase audience engagement participation with SUWFC match day events
Be willing to propose new ideas and concepts for social media content and match day coverage
Person Specification
Be available to attend and cover the team’s SWPL fixtures
Knowledge of social media coverage within a sport setting
Have a good understanding of the sport and appropriate terminology for match day reporting
Willingness to be involved in the Match Day experience
Be enthusiastic about the development and promotion of the women’s game

Analyst - Voluntary
SUWFC Analyst
About the Role
Stirling University WFC (SUWFC) is looking for a voluntary video analyst to assist the head coach with our game analysis across the 23/24 season. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working within a high-performance environment alongside a multidisciplinary coaching staff. The right candidate will be able to manage their time effectively and collaborate constructively with the wider staff team.
Key Responsibilities
Regular communication with the head coach to produce analysis suited to the team’s requirements
Communicate with the wider coaching staff on key aspects of team performance
Use VEO software to prepare segments of footage for delivery to players following matches
Create Match Day highlights using VEO software for analysis and distribution purposes
Person Specification
Be comfortable working to a deadline following matches
Must be able to provide your own device to access the VEO analysis software
Be enthusiastic about the development of the women’s game
Willingness to learn and develop analysis skills
